Building our future, together

Every summer, the Glanville team gets together for a big team conference. It’s a time outside of the offices, away from screens, phones, clients, and deadlines. We do this as it creates a brilliant opportunity for the Glanville team to re-connect, grow and strengthen the bond; after all, we are who we are because of our team. 

This year’s theme was based on ‘Building our future, together’ and what a day it was! We had cross-learning opportunities, team building activities, sustainability and project updates, engaging panel discussions, laughs, fun and so much more.  

We know the effort that goes into making the team conference the great success it is, and a big ‘thank you’ goes out to everyone who helped make it possible, and to the team for fully embracing it.

Team Glanville is currently spread over four office locations:, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Bristol.
