Glanville Company Conference 2025

In early July, Team Glanville gathered at beautiful Missenden Abbey in Buckinghamshire, for our annual Company Conference.

The day kicked off with catching up with colleagues from all four offices over coffees and pastries, before a morning of presentations began. It was a great opportunity for our team to hear the latest Glanville business updates, celebrate some incredible team member milestones and focus on key topics, such as AI. We also took the chance to highlight some of the incredible projects we undertake , such as the Warneford Hospital Project, as well as our sustainability and charitable efforts.

Taking on feedback from previous years, after lunch we introduced a little competition to our afternoon of fun activities with an array of ‘Crystal Maze’ style challenges that saw our teams working together to test their problem solving and collaboration skills.

The conference is always a great opportunity for Glanville Teams across the business to spend time together, mingle with their colleagues and to refocus on what’s important to us as a business.
