Glanville’s Company Conference 2026

It’s that time of year again! Team Glanville gathered at the beautiful Dorney Lake for our 2026 Company Conference. It’s an absolutely stunning venue with a prestigious sporting history, having been used for the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics flat water rowing and canoeing events.

We started the day off with some pastries and hot drinks, before moving on to the morning’s presentations. This year, we covered some business and IT updates; a football-themed EVAP (Employee Voice Action Plan) presentation outlining the results and actions from our annual employee survey; some sustainability news; and finished off with our charity efforts and future fundraising opportunities. The team greatly enjoyed the What the Duck and EVAP bingo activities, which added a competitive element to the morning’s proceedings.

The team had plenty of time to socialise over lunch, before kicking off with our afternoon activity – an old school Sports Day!
With activities like egg and spoon race, skipping and a bean bag toss, the team really showed off their skills and embraced the supportive spirit. We rounded off the day with some ice creams and cool drinks before capturing a team photo to commemorate the day.

Our conference is always a great opportunity for our employees to spend time together, catch up with colleagues and have some fun! We can’t wait to do it all again next year!
