Our 3D scans capture every detail with 3 mm +/- accuracy, providing dependable, point‑in‑time information. All scans are registered to permanent control points and geo‑referenced to Ordnance Survey data, ensuring consistent, reliable outputs. This point cloud data is then developed into detailed ‘as‑built’ BIM models that provide a lasting, enhanced understanding of existing assets.

We enrich each model with COBie asset data, making essential information accessible at the click of a button. This shared, asset‑rich BIM environment improves cross‑disciplinary coordination, strengthens design and development processes, and supports long‑term maintenance planning.
