In the early part of 2020, as the COVID pandemic tightened its grip and Government guidance was for essential travel only, many households opted for their weekly groceries to be delivered to their home.

This project comprised of a new build retail, commercial and residential mixture where the client was keen to provide a high-end retail space at ground floor level.

Glanville Consultants provided Civil and Structural Engineering services for this new build project where the building provided high end retail units at basement and ground floor level with commercial space at first floor level.

Glanville provided detailed structural design services for Sunningdale Park, a Berkeley Homes development in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead based around a unique collection of restored, listed buildings in a stunning country park setting.

Glanville has been working alongside Berkeley Homes since the preliminary design stage in March 2018 providing Civil Engineering planning guidance and design.

Glanville provided Structural & Civil Engineering design for the construction of a specialist, world-leading Institute of Development & Regenerative Medicine (IDRM) medical research building and ancillary plant/support building.

Glanville has played a key role in the development of this major new technology park. Silverstone Park is owned by MEPC who are constructing approximately 2.1 million sq. ft. of primarily light industrial floorspace for high-tech engineering and technology companies.

Glanville was appointed by BP to provide highway design services for the redevelopment of a disused service station to provide new modern facilities on the A419.
