Glanville has been working alongside Berkeley Homes since the preliminary design stage in March 2018 providing Civil Engineering planning guidance and design.

Glanville has been acting for a group of landowners for over 10 years, to devise a highway access strategy to help facilitate the development of land to the southeast of Milton Interchange, off the A34 in Oxfordshire.

This project comprised of a new build retail, commercial and residential mixture where the client was keen to provide a high-end retail space at ground floor level.

Contracts have completed for Bellway and Latimer, the development arm of Clarion Housing Group, to acquire a parcel of land on which it will build 1,200 homes as part of a joint venture in Cherry Hinton, Cambridgeshire.

Glanville Consultants provided Civil and Structural Engineering services for this new build project where the building provided high end retail units at basement and ground floor level with commercial space at first floor level.

Glanville played a key role in unlocking traffic issues to enable a major housing development on the Isle of Wight. Pennyfeathers in Ryde will provide 904 homes, a school, community centre, commercial buildings and a sports pavilion.
