Glanville was originally appointed by MEPC, one of the largest property companies in the UK, to advise on transport and highways aspects of the redevelopment of this 100-acre site on the edge of Watford.
The Old Gaol in Abingdon is a Grade ll listed building dating from 1811. In support of local developer Cranbourne Homes, Glanville conducted a topographical survey and flood risk assessment as well as providing technical advice on transport and highways.
Glanville was involved in this project from 2003 to its completion in 2011. The scheme involved improvements to an existing 1960s shopping centre and redevelopment of part of the site.
Glanville acted as transport consultant for Waitrose in connection with a mixed-use development that will revitalise a derelict site in the heart of Guildford, Surrey.
