Glanville was originally appointed by MEPC, one of the largest property companies in the UK, to advise on transport and highways aspects of the redevelopment of this 100-acre site on the edge of Watford.

Glanville has provided design and project management services over the past 15 years to SSE covering a range of projects in the utility sector.

The Old Gaol in Abingdon is a Grade ll listed building dating from 1811. In support of local developer Cranbourne Homes, Glanville conducted a topographical survey and flood risk assessment as well as providing technical advice on transport and highways.

Glanville was involved in this project from 2003 to its completion in 2011. The scheme involved improvements to an existing 1960s shopping centre and redevelopment of part of the site.

Our involvement with this project began in 2005 and continued up to its completion in 2009. The mixed-use development includes residential floor space as well as restaurants, bars, retail units, a theatre and a marina.

The project consisted of two new commercial buildings to provide Grade A office accommodation on a brownfield site on Milton Park, which is one of the UK’s largest business parks.

This development on the south-west corner of Grenada consists of a mix of apartments as well as town and marine houses.

Glanville Consultants was appointed by Caffyns plc to work with SRA Architects to refurbish an existing car bodyshop to create a new Skoda dealership on the site of its existing dealership in Ashford, Kent.
