The project consisted of two new commercial buildings to provide Grade A office accommodation on a brownfield site on Milton Park, which is one of the UK’s largest business parks. The first phase of this project entailed the demolition of a large 1970s warehouse and the construction of two commercial buildings. The first of the buildings provided 35,000 sq ft of accommodation and was purpose designed as a facility to support a wide range of innovative and start-up businesses. The second building was constructed as a speculative development and was designed to be exceptionally flexible to provide future tenants with a number of fit-out options.
