Glanville provided Structural & Civil Engineering design for the construction of a specialist, world-leading Institute of Development & Regenerative Medicine (IDRM) medical research building and ancillary plant/support building.

Glanville has played a key role in the development of this major new technology park. Silverstone Park is owned by MEPC who are constructing approximately 2.1 million sq. ft. of primarily light industrial floorspace for high-tech engineering and technology companies.

Glanville is proud to be working alongside Mace for the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC) to deliver the Extreme Photonics Applications Centre (EPAC).

Way back in the mid 2000s, Glanville were appointed to carry out the structural and civil design for a mixture of commercial & residential use at Regatta Quay, Ipswich.

Glanville has submitted a planning application on behalf of Southern Gas Networks (SGN) to develop the decommissioned plot at the Horley gas holder site into a new purpose-designed office.

The first phase of construction of the new Bicester North substation was completed earlier this year. Glanville is the civil and structural engineering designer for the substation.

The steel frame is nearly complete for the new JLR dealership on a brownfield site in Southampton. The new building will showcase both Jaguar and Land Rover brands together reflecting the current corporate identity and offering the customer new and used car sales, service facility, valeting and customer parking.

Following the completion of the refurbishment work to create a new front entrance, gymnasium and bar area early 2016, work is now well underway on the next phase of this exciting project alongside the River Thames at Streatley.
