The steel frame is nearly complete for the new JLR dealership on a brownfield site in Southampton. The new building will showcase both Jaguar and Land Rover brands together reflecting the current corporate identity and offering the customer new and used car sales, service facility, valeting and customer parking.
The new facility will achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating and is due for completion in September 2018. Glanville has provided civil and structural engineering design services post-planning through to completion.
