Park Drive Central totals 9.47 acres and is part of MEPC’s ambitious Science Vale UK Enterprise Zone at Milton Park in Oxfordshire.
The building provides a purpose-built laboratory and office building totalling 67,000 sq. ft. for Adaptimmune as the tenant and forms one of four state-of-the-art buildings within the development. Glanville has provided civil and structural engineering design services to both the landlord and tenant for the shell and core as well as the fit out works. Nicholas Hare is the architect.
