Flexible Working – hybrid working across all our offices. We know life can be busy and complicated, and we’ll work with you, not against you.
Mental Health First Aiders – We have trained Mental Health First Aiders across our offices. You can go to these colleagues in confidence if you need someone to listen, signpost, and support.
Social Events – any excuse to celebrate! Valentine’s, Halloween, you name it – along with our Office Christmas Parties, team get-togethers, and annual conference filled with fun and games.
Weekly Wellness – every week, in every office, we stop for half an hour. This is half an hour of no laptops and no work chat; just tea and biscuits.
