Kevin has worked on a number of projects including a number of private houses, several with basements and one of which featured on Grand Designs. He has also been involved with a number of housing projects, a large steel portal frame building and office refurbishments.

Sandie joined Glanville in 1992 as part of the administration team and has worked her way up to HR Manager. With over 30 years’ experience, she is a valued member of the team. Sandie has helped Glanville to grow by playing a key part in the recruitment process, onboarding and making sure we retain our talent. Sandie and Lynn head up our HR team and are a cornerstone to the life and work of Glanville. When she is not at work Sandie will be walking the Ridgeway, keeping her steps up.

Nikki joined us in the autumn of 2023 bringing her broad skillset in office management, project leading, event coordination, finance and HR to the company. Nikki wears many hats in her role as Office Manager with the day to day running of the Didcot office and managing the administration team. In addition, she supports our other offices in Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Bristol. Nikki also arranges the company’s networking events and is a key member of the marketing team. When she is not working, Nikki enjoys countryside walks, off-road cycling, and yoga.

Tim is a Chartered Structural Engineer with a track record for the successful delivery of Structural and Civil Engineering design solutions in both public and private sector environments. His sector experience includes education, healthcare, retail, residential, commercial and aviation buildings, both new-build and refurbishment projects.Tim has experience across a wide variety of large and small projects including heritage projects, higher education new-builds, complex ‘cut and carve’ refurbishment projects and high-profile aviation buildings. He has design expertise in all four primary structural materials – timber, steel, concrete and masonry – and welcomes the use of innovative methods of composite material and specialist systems.Using his practical, straight-forward approach, Tim enjoys engaging with internal and external design team members to find cost effective and carbon efficient solutions which meet the project brief and exceed client expectations. Tim is passionate about the design and coordination process and relishes the prospect of creating building solutions which are uniquely tailored to meet the client’s brief.
