As a development planning specialist David has an extensive range of skills and expertise gained from a wide variety of high-profile public and private developments. He has significant experience in producing Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, providing strategic advice and masterplanning support and providing input into s106, CIL and s278 agreements. He also has a detailed knowledge of planning policy, trip generation and future growth assessments using TRICS and TEMPRO.
