The first phase of this luxury marina and waterfront development in Tivat, Montenegro is now complete. The construction site for the Lido Pool was the former ship hoist that formed part of a naval shipyard which fell into disuse after the Yugoslav Wars. This contemporary structure houses an indoor lounge bar, retail boutique and private events space.
The waterfront development behind the main docks features a luxury hotel, condo units, conference centre, market square, art gallery, museum, sports complex and retail space, including a supermarket and a department store.
