Located in central Oxford, upgrades to this existing building provide additional office space and enhanced specification standards to maximise income. Glanville’s structures team are working with the design team to design the shell works and to input into the developed design to tailor the final design and bespoke fit out requirements of the preferred operator.
This will allow the ground floor and newly formed roof garden to be opened to create a range of spaces to cater for hospitality events, break out spaces for informal meetings and discussions, space to create larger meeting rooms, external space
Further internal modifications on all upper floors open up the floor plate to allow an operator to further develop the space for either cellular or open plan office spaces. Improvements to the basement will also increase the lettable office space and provide meeting rooms and welfare facilities. The proposal includes structural alterations to suit the centralised service routes and air conditioning systems.
Works are due for completion in February 2022. Contract Value £1.6m.
