Following several years’ of work involving Glanville’s Transport and Highways Engineering teams, the construction of mixed-use commercial and residential development on land north of Abingdon in Oxfordshire is now well underway.
Glanville was originally appointed by MEPC, one of the largest property companies in the UK, to advise on transport and highways aspects of the redevelopment of this 100-acre site on the edge of Watford.
Glanville was appointed to undertake a series of as-built and condition surveys of the T5C terminal annex.
Glanville has been acting for a group of landowners for over 10 years, to devise a highway access strategy to help facilitate the development of land to the southeast of Milton Interchange, off the A34 in Oxfordshire.
Glanville played a key role in unlocking traffic issues to enable a major housing development on the Isle of Wight. Pennyfeathers in Ryde will provide 904 homes, a school, community centre, commercial buildings and a sports pavilion.
Glanville was appointed by BP to provide highway design services for the redevelopment of a disused service station to provide new modern facilities on the A419.
