This is a permanent position within our Structural Engineering team at our Hemel Hempstead office
We are seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to strengthen our structural engineering team.
The team works on a variety of challenging projects across a number of different sectors including
commercial, R&D, energy and residential. Within these sectors we also work new build and
The position would suit a graduate with at least 2 years structural experience in a consultancy
Assist and carry out structural designs in steel, concrete, masonry and timber.
Liaise with clients, project teams and local authorities.
Work closely with other members of the team.
Be able to enhance and promote the image of Glanville Consultants by their actions.
Key skills & experience
Design experience in all common building materials.
An understanding of soil mechanics and foundation design.
An ability to deal with clients with minimal supervision.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Be able to professionally represent the Company.
