A Winning Event for Glanville at Oxfordshire Property Festival
We are thrilled that several projects we are associated with were winners at last night’s Oxfordshire Property Festival Awards held in the stunning surroundings of Keble College.
Barton Park, a joint venture between Oxford City Council & Grosvenor, won Best Housing Development. Glanville has been working for the client to inspect the infrastructure enabling works undertaken on a design and build basis.
In the category ‘Best Use of Land’ we were involved in all three finalist projects! We carried out engineering surveying and setting-out for Harwell Campus for the Oxford Nanopore Technologies building. We delivered pre-planning advice covering transport, highways, flood risk and drainage for 376 Estates for The Broadway, Didcot. For A2 Dominion and Cantay Estates for Matilda House, Rymers Lane, Oxford we acted as civil and structural engineering designers, and carried out site surveying and underground utility tracing.
The sold-out awards evening was a brilliant celebration of those spearheading the county’s development and ensuring Oxfordshire’s place on the map as one of innovation and commitment to a quality built environment.
Glanville was delighted to be hosting a table for this prestigious event with guests attending from The Oxford Preservation Trust, Ridge, Edgars, A2 Dominion and Bidwells.
